Contact

If you've got something to tell us, just email. We're a small team, so replies may not be instant, but we read every message.

These are welcome

  • Content corrections. Found a figure, step or statement in an article that's wrong, out of date or unclear? This is the email we welcome most. Once we've verified it we'll fix it and log it on the corrections page.
  • Partnerships. Genuine media, content or other legitimate partnership ideas — happy to talk.
  • General questions. Didn't follow a concept on the site, or want us to cover a topic? Go ahead and ask.

These we can't help with

Saying it up front so you don't wait around for nothing:

  • No investment advice. "Should I buy now," "will it go up or down," "take a look at this coin for me" — we won't answer any of these, because we're not investment advisers and we have no way of knowing your situation.
  • No acting on your behalf. We won't and can't sign up, deposit, place orders or manage any account or assets for you. Anyone telling you to hand over money so "Lumen can do it for you" is not us.
  • We're not exchange support. For account login, withdrawals, KYC and the like, contact the official support of the exchange you use — we have no authority or ability to handle those.
Important: get this straight and don't get fooled by impostors We will never DM you first to ask for money, your seed phrase or a verification code, and we'll never have you download an off-site app or scan an unknown QR code. We have no Telegram/WhatsApp "support," no "VIP signal group," and we will never "help you recover your losses." Anyone claiming to be Lumen support and asking you to do these things is 100% a scammer — block them. Our only official way of contacting you is the email above.

A few tips for writing in

  • For corrections, including the page link and the specific paragraph makes verifying it much faster.
  • Never send your private key, seed phrase or exchange password in an email — no one should ever ask you for these, us included.
Before you write, the answer might already be on the site: for common traps and concepts, start with "12 traps," look up terms in the jargon glossary, and find the boundaries and risks in the disclaimer.
